Yes, all hardware and peripherals purchased through Tern Setups include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened electronic components.
How can I track my package?
